SpaceX signs compute agreement with Reflection AI worth up to $6.3 billion through 2029

Reflection AI gains immediate access to Nvidia GB300 chips at SpaceX's Colossus 2 data centre, agreeing to pay SpaceX $150 million a month from 1 July 2026 through 2029 — about $6.3 billion if the agreement runs its full term. CRITICAL CAVEAT: the $6.3 billion is contingent on the full term and is NOT a committed sum — either party can terminate on 90 days' notice after the first three months. CNBC reported the terms from materials it reviewed, and a Reflection spokesperson commented on the record. Reflection has not yet released a public frontier open-source model. For SpaceX this extends Colossus from an internal Grok training asset into a commercial compute platform, following deals with Anthropic, Google and Cursor.
