Richtech Robotics files Nasdaq compliance plan, seeking extension to 16 November 2026 to avoid delisting
On 20 July 2026 Richtech Robotics submitted a plan to Nasdaq to regain compliance with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), after being notified on 22 May 2026 that it was non-compliant for failing to timely file its Form 10-Q for the period ended 31 March 2026. If Nasdaq accepts the plan it may grant an exception of up to 180 calendar days from the Form 10-Q due date, to 16 November 2026. The company cautioned there is no assurance the plan will be accepted or that compliance will be regained within any extension granted, and that if the plan is rejected it may appeal to a Nasdaq hearings panel. The late filing stems from the restatement of prior periods determined on 9 June 2026.
