Astrum Space SEC filing discloses Impulse Space as contracted launch and orbital-delivery provider for NEASTAR-1
Astrum Space Inc, a satellite-to-device broadcast operator for Asia-Pacific, disclosed in its SPAC business-combination announcement with Black Spade Acquisition III Co that it has contracted launch and orbital-delivery services from Impulse Space for its SWISSto12-manufactured NEASTAR-1 satellite, targeting a late-2028 to first-quarter-2029 launch. Astrum's CEO named the secured Impulse Space services as part of the infrastructure underpinning its path to deployment. The proposed combination values Astrum at approximately US$1bn equity value. Astrum holds 25 MHz of contiguous L-band spectrum at 1467-1492 MHz and orbital resources at the 105 degrees East GEO position.
